Product Overview This tester is primarily used for reciprocating friction fatigue testing of materials or products. It allows for the addition of various lubricating liquids or testing under different environmental conditions to evaluate the friction fatigue performance of materials. The tester mainly consists of a reciprocating motion mechanism, a weight loading mechanism, sensors, a computer, and a measurement and acquisition system.
The equipment features a stepless speed regulation system, enabling tests under low-speed or high-speed conditions to assess the friction fatigue performance of various lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, ceramics, and other materials or products. All parameters of the machine are controlled by a computer. It can measure friction force, calculate the friction coefficient, and collect data in real time, recording curves such as friction force-time curve and friction coefficient-time curve.

1. Ambient temperature range: 10°C to 35°C; relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
2. Properly installed on a stable table or platform.
3. Installed in a vibration-free environment.
4.Used with a stable power supply (110V/220V AC ±10%).
