Product Introduction

Quenching oil cooling performance tester (heat treatment oil cooling performance tester) automatically controls the thermocouple detection process, automatically heats up, automatically lowers (can also be manually controlled), and automatically generates curves. The detection temperature can reach 900℃. The instrument is controlled by an industrial display screen, and can also be controlled by a computer according to customer requirements (in compliance with system port requirements). It is equipped with nickel alloy metal thermocouples and silver thermocouples. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, power, petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food, and education.

Functional Features

1. Color LCD display in both Chinese and English, touchscreen operation, clear display and convenient operation.

2. The entire machine is composed of a heating furnace, a probe, a temperature heating component, and the machine casing, among other components.

3. The heating of the furnace is achieved through PID self-tuning and automatic regulation. It has high precision and stability, and the temperature can be manually calibrated.

4. The probe can be equipped with silver probe and metal probe, which is compatible with various standard experiments.

5. The furnace chamber size is no less than Φ25 × 200 mm, and the temperature can reach 900℃.

6. The characteristic temperature, 600℃ duration, 400℃ duration, 300℃ duration, and high cooling rate are automatically calculated, and the characteristic curve is automatically printed.

7. Measurable media: Oil, water, quenching liquid, salt and alkali solution, steel rolling cooling liquid, cutting fluid, etc.
