Application Scope
This equipment is a laboratory device developed by condensing and researching the production process of domestic and international sizing and dyeing combined machines (vertical dyeing, sheet dyeing). It is suitable for denim sizing and dyeing yarn, and small sample dyeing treatment.
Equipment Features
1. Dyeing Tank
Maximum capacity: 8 liters; Supplementary material tank: maximum 500 ml; Heating power: 2KW; Automatic temperature control.
2. Padding Mangle Section: Vertical padding mangle type

3. Ventilation Frame Section
Includes manual tension control and deviation correction device for yarn. All guide rollers are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the surface is coated with Teflon for easy and quick cleaning.
4. The entire machine is beautifully and practically manufactured, all made of SUS304 stainless steel material, with complete functions and convenient use.
5. Exhaust system: Equipped with a 2800 rpm fan.
Technical Parameters
1. Fully simulates the on-site sizing and dyeing process. The yarn passes through the dyeing tank, then through the padding mangle, the ventilation and oxidation area, and then enters the dyeing tank again to repeat the above process. Automatic alarm after reaching the set time/count.
